Wig Inspirations Marie Antoinette

As I am wanting to have a wig as my hair look, and be the key link running throughout I need some inspirations from old drawings and how they make them and what they are made out of. The textures used is a key element to this also.

So here are some images found online that really have inspired my final decision in how I want to style my wig.

They show hight, structure and how outrageous her designs and feelings were to how she wanted her hair to look and be an inspiration to the people around her. It has made me think how am I going to create a Wig and make it even more outrageous and avant-garde as hers. I really want to create another world within the wig Like the images below, such things as a birds nest or butterfly sanctuary. or even sweets. For the day and night mix up the colouring to make it really contrast to each other so the audience can really see that they are different.

I did want to make the wig from scratch, however, timing is not on my side so think I will just buy one and dress it in different ways for each shoot.
