Why I have chosen texture as my inspiration?

So why texture? The reason I wanted to go with texture is because through the Spring Summer 2016 collections it has been a lot of layering and with clothing in general texture is key, you are creating art with the clothing and with the make-up. 

So I wanted to take it that step further and make a texture on the face weather it be painted, seeing the brush strokes, seeing freckles or having very duey skin. I wanted to go through them as a variety, and it some don't work that fine it is an experimental project and this is where I will find what works and what doesn't! so stay tuned for all my experiments and there will be plenty that go wrong and plenty that go right!
